We're looking to add to our team a Plant Manager who will be responsible for planning, leading, directing and coordinating production activities for our manufacturing facility located in Elyria, Ohio. This is a newly created position. The selected individual will manage daily production with a "hands on" approach to meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity standards. S/he will provide coaching, development and team building for direct reports and work closely with various departments throughout Maroon. Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required. Must be self-motivated, possess high energy, and excellent communication skills. Experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, 5S, ISO quality management system preferred.
